  • How long will my cookies last.
    We recommend freezing any uneaten cookies after 3 days. If you know you won't eat all the cookies immediately upon arrival, freeze the ones you won't eat right away.
  • How long will shipping take?
    Allow 5-7 business days for delivery of your order. If you prefer to pick up your cookies, select that option at checkout. Pick-up orders will be ready in 74 hours. For same-day pick-up, please email us at bflove@bestfriendz.shop. While we cannot guarantee same-day pick-up for your cookies, we will do our best to accommodate this.
  • Refund Policy
    At the moment, we cannot issue refunds for any reason. However, we can replace any packages. Please email us at bflove@bestfriendz.shop for any order replacements. Please note, all replacement orders are subject to approval.
  • Can I re-heat my cookies
    Yes. Toaster Oven/Oven/Air Fryer: Reheat the whole cookie at 350°F for 3-5 minutes. If Frozen: Allow to thaw at room temperature first.

  • Food Allergy Warnings.
    Our cookies are made onsite and may come into contact with different allergens during production. Please be advised that any of our products may contain allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, and sesame.
